A special football to promote the Movember charity campaign was used during Thursday's Championship clash between Leeds and Blackburn Rovers.

And Blackburn found the ball to their liking as Gary Bowyer's side scored twice in the opening six minutes at Elland Road.

The Football League and Mitre teamed up to back the campaign by using a special ‘Mo’ branded Delta Hyperseam Fluo ball.

After match clubs are being asked to have the balls signed by their respective first team squads and auction them off to help raise vital funds for Movember, the men’s health organisation whose cause areas are prostate cancer, testicular cancer, poor mental health and physical inactivity

The new Mitre Delta Hyperseam is the Official Match Ball of The Football League – the Fluo version makes its debut this weekend and will be used until the end of February.

The special 'mo' branded balls will be used in all 36 Football League matches this weekend.
